Membership Card Terms & Conditions
This membership card programme is owned and managed by Twins Poke Bar, Shaka Food Trading & Nosh Group Sdn. Bhd. This programme agreement is made between you and Poké Twins, Shaka, Nosh and Signature ('' the companies), and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your membership card. By purchasing and using your membership card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Fees of membership card
To become a member, you may purchase the Membership Card for RM35 at any participating outlets. The Membership Card is renewable yearly with a renewal fee of RM30 upon expiration.
Exclusive benefits of joining as a member
Enjoy exclusive benefits upon signing up as a member, applied to all participating outlets (Poke Twins Austin, Shaka Melodies, Nosh Permas & Signature Sutera)
On your visit in any participating outlets stated above, enjoy 10% discounts on your total bill for foods & beverages (minimum order RM5). Discount amounts shall be capped at RM25 in a single transaction. Discounts not valid for other on-going promotional items & merchandise items.
Earn 2% cash back for every amount (RM) spent in any participating outlets. For example, if member spends RM10, they will earn RM0.20 in their account. Record of all cash back amounts will be kept in the member’s account maintained on our outlets' POS systems.
Redeem a free bagel with peanut butter spread upon signing up as the member.
Redeem a slice of cake or a piece of taco (except Unagi) on your birthday week! Identification Card must be presented upon request in order to redeem. Birthday week privilege are not redeemable for cash and only valid for single redemption.
All benefits are applicable for walk-in takeaways and dine in only.
First time registration upon signing up as member must be done in any of the participating outlets. When registering, you agree that you will: (i) provide complete and accurate information as requested; (ii) update those information if it changes.
Use of membership cards & others
Membership cards must not be copied or reproduced in any way. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the companies. If this occurs, the old membership card will be cancelled and all unused credits (as at date card is reported lost or stolen) will be transferred to a new membership card, along with a replacement card being issued to the member. A charge of RM15 will be imposed for card renewal
Any alleged inconsistencies in a Loyalty Member’s account should be reported to the companies, who will do their best to rectify the situation. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the companies is final and binding.
This membership card is non-transferrable and member may not sell or resell the membership card nor the credits available in the card to any third party. The companies will not accept any membership card or will limit the use of any membership card and the credit balance, if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful, and we may cancel membership card and retain all related credit amount balances without notice to you.
Changes and Cancellation of this agreement
Please note that this Terms and Conditions may be amended accordingly on our web site. Members are advised to check on a regular basis. The companies shall have the right to amend the terms and conditions of this membership programme, and is entitled to withdraw from this programme at any time at its discretion, without prior notice.
